ZimLeadMedia ("we", "us") operates a lead marketplace connecting consumer inquiries with licensed buyers in the Home Improvement, Insurance, and Medicare verticals. This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide on our intake forms (HaveQuote.com, IncPolicy.com, MediPlanHQ.com) and through partner traffic sources, including your name, contact details, demographic data, and project or coverage interests. We also collect technical data (IP, user agent, referer) and consent metadata (TrustedForm certificate, Jornaya LeadiD).

2. How we use your information

• To match you with one or more licensed buyers in your requested vertical;
• To verify TCPA consent and comply with applicable laws;
• To prevent fraud and duplicate submissions;
• To respond to your inquiries.

3. Sharing

We share lead data with one or more contracted buyers selected by our distribution engine. Buyers are bound by data-protection terms. We do not sell data to non-buyer third parties.

4. Your rights

5. TCPA & consent

By submitting a lead form, you provide express written consent to be contacted at the number provided, including by automated dialers or pre-recorded messages, by ZimLeadMedia and its marketing partners. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out.

6. Security

We use TLS in transit and encrypted storage. Access is role-restricted and audit-logged.
